At Nishi Foods, we take great care to ensure our products are fresh, high-quality, and handled with care. Because we sell mostly perishable food items, we have a specific return and refund policy in place to protect food safety while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perishable Items – No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable food and drink items once they have been collected.

Please check your order carefully upon pick-up and let us know immediately if there are any issues.

Refunds & Replacements

We will happily offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

-You received the wrong item

-The product was damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption at the time of pick-up

-There is a clear issue with product quality or packaging

To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 24 hours of collecting your order

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or offered as store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-Perishable Items

If you purchased a non-perishable item (e.g., merchandise, gift packs), we may accept returns within 7 days of collection as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please contact us in advance to confirm return eligibility.
