Ordering & Payments

– All orders placed via our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

– Prices are listed in Tongan Paʻanga and include applicable taxes.

– Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

– Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with order details.

Shipping & Delivery

-At this time, we offer Click & Collect only from our designated pick-up location in Tonga- Nishi Agristore in Pea.

-We currently do not offer local delivery or international shipping. All orders must be collected in person from our approved collection site(s).

-We hope to expand our delivery options in the future — stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

-Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns unless an item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

-If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

-Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
